  • David Willets


    Dr. T. David Willets is a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, along with his wife, Melanie. David has served in pastoral ministry for over 45 years. Presently, Dr. Willets is the Grief Specialist with Seasons Hospice, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He is Certified as a Grief Counselor (CG-C) by the American Institute of Health Care Professionals.

    Along with serving local churches in Oklahoma, Kentucky and Louisiana, Dr. Willets has done extensive family and individual counseling. He has been a frequent speaker at church leadership training conferences, marriage/family enrichment retreats and local service organizations. 

    Dr. Willets has earned the following degrees: B.A. in history from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and the D.Min. from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. The emphasis of his two seminary degrees are in pastoral care and counseling. 




    Ryan Forrest has led worship in churches throughout Oklahoma for the last 15 years. As a worship leader, he desires to encourage affection for Jesus and His Word through music and congregational singing. Alongside worship ministry, music is his passion, and he enjoys composing and arranging in his free time. In addition to his leadership at Eastern Heights, Ryan works full time as an Information Technology Specialist for The Voice of the Martyrs. He is married to Rachel, and they have two children, Raley and Rory.

  • LUCAS Smith

    Associate Pastor of youth and families

    Lucas became Associate Pastor of Youth and Families in December 2016. He attended Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge, AR and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts - Christian Ministries degree in May 2007. He graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO in 2011 with a Masters of Divinity - Christian Education degree and a Masters of Arts - Biblical Languages degree. Upon completion of his degrees, he was Associate Pastor of Student and Education Ministries at First Baptist Church in Pryor, OK for five years.  Lucas and his wife Cheri have two children, Levi and Caris.


    Administrative assistant | Care Team Leader

    Cathy celebrated her 35th Anniversary of serving in the church office in 2017. She volunteers in many roles in the church.  Cathy serves on the Stewardship Team, Care Team and Decorating Team.
    Cathy also volunteers at the Hope Clinic.

  • JEnnifer Hines

    Church Secretary

    Jennifer is a long time member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church.  Jennifer serves on the Decorating Team, as well as volunteering in many other areas of the church.  Jennifer is married to Gene and they have 2 children, Hayley and Brandon.

  • Barry & Jenifer MIller


    Barry & Jenifer are longtime members of EHBC.  They have 2 sons, Michael & Joshua.  You can always find Jenifer and Barry with a smile on their faces.  They LOVE serving our EHBC kids.

  • Brian Buford

    Adult Ministry Team Leader

    Brian began this new ministry opportunity after serving as a children's LifeGroup leader and volunteer in the Preschool Extended Session and WorshipKids.  He is a leader in Bounce which is a disaster relief agency out of Texas that uses youth to help bring restoration to those afflicted by natural disasters.  As Adult Team Leader he oversees Son Seekers, Women's Ministry, Men's Ministry and LifeGroups.

  • Chantel Gray

    Missions TEAM LEADER

    Chantel is married to Terry and they have been members of EHBC for 5 years.  Chantel has been on several mission trips with former WOBA DOM, Paul Koonce.  Chantel also volunteers at the Hope Clinic.

  • Debbie Laroche

    stewardship Team leader | Treasurer

    Debbie is a member of EHBC.  Debbie is a Hope Clinic volunteer as well as many other places in the Bartlesville Community. 

  • Eric Morrison


    Eric is a longtime member of EHBC. Eric & Cindy's son is Matthew and they have a grandson, Walker.  Eric is a deacon, as well as a lifegroup leader.
